Verbindingsambassadeurs voor het jeugdwerk

19 projecten konden 2 jaar lang experimenteren met vernieuwende manieren om kinderen en jongeren in contact te brengen met vrijetijd in het algemeen en jeugdwerk in het bijzonder. Onder de noemer ‘verbindingsambassadeurs’ ontwikkelden ze zes strategieën om de afstand te verkleinen tot de vrije tijd. Ze besteedden daarbij bijzonderde aandacht aan jonge nieuwkomers, aan tieners en jongeren en aan de verduurzaming van hun aanpak. Onderzoekers van de KdG volgende deze projecten en brachten ze samen in een lerend netwerk. We delen de voornaamste bevindingen uit het onderzoek en geven toelichting bij het praktisch instrument dat we ontwierpen voor lokale besturen en organisaties die een verbindingsambassadeur in dienst willen nemen.
